Called around to 3 places prior looking for a 30 HP Tohatsu and was given the runaround. Came across Big Franks Outdoors and have the motor on my boat 2 days later. Everybody was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I’d like to say thanks to Big Frank’s. They are great people. Big Frank himself, Dee, and Mike at the Locust Grove location have all bent over backwards to help me out with my Hog Island. I’ve bought parts from them in the past and just had some repair work done to my lower unit. They were very responsive, had great communication and even tweaked some little stuff they found on my boat that I didn’t ask them to do. They are all extremely knowledgeable and all are willing to answer questions. Too notch!!
