They are extremely kind, and they have a great routine on getting you in and out. They take your pets, tag the carrier to make sure they don't get mixed up and call you or text you to let you know when to come pick your babies up after surgeries,and they also let me know exactly how they did during the surgery etc. Everyone there was so, sweet and knowledgeable about what was going on with your animal/animals per your name or theirs , when you got there to pick them up. Actually I was at the clinic visiting my granddaughter Trinity who works there. I do know there was convenient parking, and I was greeted immediately when I walked in. We love animals in our family, in fact Trinity has a gecko breeding program and I have another granddaughter, Kristen that is a Veterinarian. I appreciate the clinic for letting Trinity come outside to visit with her father before we headed home in north Ms.
I’m so grateful for The Big Fix and their reasonable services to the community. I am able to afford all 5 of my cats being spayed/neutered with them and up to date on their shots. Such a blessing. The staff are always so friendly and caring.

The staff is truly so kind, caring and attentive! While walking my dog in for his neuter appointment, he pulled me down and I fell. The staff came out immediately and they were so nice to me. I was so embarrassed but they made me feel so much better. They treated my baby as if it was one their own; one of the best vet clinics ever. Hands down.
