They provided very good service at an excellent price. Sable was very grumpy and growling when I picked her up after surgery when I got her home I noticed some neurological issues wobbly, eyes stayed dilated twitching couldn't judge distance. I have rescued many cats and had many fixed but never had one do that. I called my vet friend she said it was a reaction to the pain meds given some cats and especially some colors she is Blue Russian can be more sensitive to opioids and especially gabapentin. They are extremely kind, and they have a great routine on getting you in and out. They take your pets, tag the carrier to make sure they don't get mixed up and call you or text you to let you know when to come pick your babies up after surgeries,and they also let me know exactly how they did during the surgery etc. Everyone there was so, sweet and knowledgeable about what was going on with your animal/animals per your name or theirs , when you got there to pick them up. They did a great job spaying my cats! No issues at all!
I have decent experiences at the Big Fix. They push the E-Collar for your pets. They never put it on them. They say it's because my pets are cats. They may hurt themselves. So, why push the E - Collar. I believe it's more for the 13.00 they charge for it. I always bring mine since I have a couple from them.
Went to get my fur baby spayed and they gave her all she needed. They give you a list of all they did and they explain it, this is the first time I got a baby fixed. Besides hating having a cone on, who doesn't, shes acting almost completely normal. Second day and shes still figuring out how to eat but at least shes being a champ about eating.
