Big Fish Service Company (UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AS OF 3-15-18) did a great job cleaning my carpets! Nick made them look like new and got all the nasty stains out. I can finally sit/lay comfortably on the floor while watching tv, hanging with the family, or playing with the pets.
Excellent work guys, we had our carpets and air ducts cleaned in a house we were moving into. We had some tight scheduling after we closed on the house right before Christmas and they were able to get us into the schedule. The house sat empty for a while and there were big rust spots in the basement that they were able to get out. Everything went smooth, the ducts were a mess and they cleaned all of it out. Thanks.
I had an appt for 8am. They showed up almost an hour late. No one called to tell me they would be late. When the guy got there and I asked where he had been and why he didn’t call as I was on a tight schedule and moving out of state, he got frustrated and said "well I can just leave, I don’t have to take this crap" and copped a big attitude. We got to see all of the before and after pictures for our duct cleaning that John and the crew performed and there was a TON of dust that was taken out- it filled the vacuum. Highly recommend- especially when a quote from another company in town was DOUBLE the price.
I wish I would've went with someone else. John said he would send me before and after pictures of my ducts and never did- so I took my own "afters". There were still big dust bunnies and even candy wrappers!!!! in the vents! Wow! I was shocked and what they didn't get! And the entrance of the vents that are in each room- the worker missed 3 entire mouths of the vents. I seriously would NEVER use this company again. I have no idea what he did at my house for 3 hours!!!
After getting a very high quote from a company in town, we found Big Fish online. Thank goodness. They came out and did a video inspection, gave us a firm quote, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Great job!
