This was only my second time at Big Feet, and I loved it! Had a 50-minute foot massage and a 10-minute shoulder massage with Ana. Her firm pressure was perfect for me. Definitely coming back for more foot massages and booking a full-body session with her next time!
The whole experience was fantastic! The staff are friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in. The environment is clean and very relaxing. The massage was wonderful!
Signed up for a massage and was surprised that I had to pay a 'tip' when I went to pay at the Reception. I have been to a couple of their outlets in Port Moody and Burnaby before and was never asked to pay a 'tip'. The old lady at the Port Coquitlam outlet almost insisted I pay a 'tip'! Everybody asking for 'tips' these days, even after picking up your own pizza! Ridiculous! Never going back again!
