Service is top notch! Jody was quick at responding and getting the equipment we needed. Shipping was very affordable and quick! We are based out of Prince Edward Island and we got our equipment the next day. We wish they were on the Island! Hands down best price and service makes it worth it 100%!
There is a total Lack of communication within the store. Also, a lack of knowledge when it comes to customization of stainless steel. Alan and Tyler, I do not recommend either of you, or Big Eric’s. Tyler, for your information, talking over a person and ending a conversation without hearing out a customer. ….not cool.
