RecommendedGreat pizza and long history
We ordered our pizza at 4:15. We were told it would take 20 min. It is almost 6:00 and still no pizza. This is unacceptable. I will never patronize this place ever. Word of warning do not pay for pizza until it is in your hands.
Being from Lenoir City my twins have never eaten here. I had to run an errand in Oak Ridge today so I decided it was definitely time for them to try it out. They are in Heaven! Both said this is the best pizza they have ever eaten and they want to definitely come back. Curbside service was quick and was all correct and delicious. The staff was incredibly nice and we will most certainly be coming back! Amazing job guys!!!

Unless you give them your credit card over the phone, they won’t take a to go order! Sorry but that’s just crappy! We do our business in CASH. It’s a shame- and to me it just leaves it wide open for credit card theft! Nope... not worth the headache or hassle.
The best pizza that you will ever eat
Drove 1 hour to Big Ed’s for my wife’s birthday. They opened at 4pm for phone orders. After 20 mins of busy signals, I walked to the front door where a young lady was setting out cones in front of the door. I explained about driving 1 hour for wife’s birthday and unable to get thru by phone and asked if she’d mind taking my verbal order. She refused and walked back inside. Excellent, fresh pizza made of the very best Wisconsin cheese and top shelf meats. Never had better anywhere. Currently, however, management has made some interesting decisions in dealing with would-be customers in the method they’ve chosen to work during the CV-19 panic-demic. Big Ed’s has decided to ONLY take orders & payment but phone for curbside pickup.
