I'm very satisfied with party bus I rented to celebrate my friend's birthday. The staff was very communicative and allowed me to drop off beverages for the bus the day prior, and they even made us an ice chest. Our driver, Paul, was polite and very attentive.
Sometimes you get to do business with some people that really WANT to do a great job and earn it. Big Easy is one of those places full of those kinds of people. We had a group of a dozen from various points across the country on our decennial birthday bash where we meet in a different US city, and it included a short cruise, some hotel on both ends with lots of luggage, and various cars going to various points. The driver was great, the YUKON was clean, BUT WE RENTED AN EXECUTIVE SEDAN!!! My wife and I are in our 70s and rented because we can't get around so well anymore. We could barely get in or out. When I my wife got out, the only way for her to get out was to slide and her dress almost came up to her waist. Never again, we're lucky neither of us was hurt.
