It has been the worse experience with communication with these people. I got in an accident the November 8, 2019 and as of this date they still have my vehicle “waiting” on parts. I use my vehicle to make money driving lyft and Uber and this has been tragic because I had to rent an Uber vehicle to drive but still pay my car note while they fix it and wait on parts. I took my vehicle here to get the windows tinted and the service was exceptional. Everyone was very pleasant and professional but I mostly appreciate Zach! He went out of his way to make it a easy process for me and that meant a lot trying to get it done with 2 small kids! I will definitely use them again for any collision or detailing needs!
I live in Belle Chasse and was referred by the tow driver I spoke to him on fone so pleasant his name is Larry ,Service was exceptional and very professional but what got me was his warm manner he listened and when service was done I was perfectly happy 2 days later i called him with a problem again he listened came to my job and got car knew the problem and said come back 2morrow ordered part and I was in and out I will recommend them to everyone He was so sweet customer service awesome!!!
