Angel has great customer service and the prices are great
Big E storage is not to be trusted security is not up-to-date on-site management does not have access to overnight footage takes weeks to get. Insurance insurance will not cover if lock is picked will give you a run around and then you're out of your stuff that is stolen. I'm out of 10,000 in tools an equipment and the storage company and the insurance tells me too bad we're not covering it when half a dozen other units for a broken in the same way locks removed and put back on. Great customer service
Big e storage is not to be trusted. They say they have 4K cameras with audio with 24/7 monitoring. They do not have 24/7 monitoring. My unit has been broken in twice and cleaned out twice in 6 months along with several other tenants. The insurance they force you to buy doesn't pay off. They deny deny deny.
