I have never seen such a horrible, unorganized, unprofessional company in all of my life. Saturday, August 22nd, 2015, my friend organized a wine tour for her 30th birthday for 20 people. She paid her deposit, confirmed the itinerary and gave addresses to each winery we were visiting. Saturday morning at 10am, 20 people are waiting and the limo bus (red trolley) was a no-show. She called Big D's limo company and the girl who answered informed her that the "limo dispatcher" called in sick so there was no driver and no limos w... read more

Worst service ever. No phones were answered and the bus never showed up, ruined my whole family's wine trip.
