Best customer service and great cashier in Roswell
The young guy at the register is always so great. I go in often, hes always upbeat and smiling. Great food, big burgers, best fries. and they have creme soda?! Yes!
Food was good, but young guy at the register was a complete jerk! Argued with us about what we ordered, NEVER apologized then proceeded to go in the kitchen and say it loud enough so everyone in the dinning room heard him, that my husband was an asshole. We won’t ever be going back and I’ll spread the word that if you want to be treated like you’re a second class citizen then this is the place for you.
Everything is great. Sweet potato fries and green chile Philly for the win.
My family and I travel around and make it a point to eat at places that are local favorites. This place truly is a landmark unto itself. Great food with stellar service... and did I mention the the food is beyond heaven? I'm sad that there isn't a Big D's near my home.
Looking for a dinner idea � Big D's Downtown Dive... and they deliver! It’s so nice having a salmon salad delivered to my front door, instead of a pizza. The macadamia nut cookie literally melts in your mouth! Yummerssssss! �
Last two times in got waited on by smug arrogant rude people, last time ahole at counter was hitting on my wife, while I was next to her, and my burger(take out) was so under cooked I ended up vomiting after second bite. Owner has been rude on a few occasions, and I'm being very kind about my wording.
The best food plus great service! Great down to earth environment. Highly recommend it! Ive been there more than once and both the food and the service were consistent every time!
