They were the best to deal with. They had great Customer Service, Fast Repair Times and honest.
Great, great service. Totally exceeded my expectations on the replacement of my iPad screen. Not only was the charge very reasonable (beat the other big box stores), the service was very friendly and prompt. I dropped off my iPad at 9:30am and thought it would be the next day before I could pick it up. I then received a call at 1:30 the same day and my iPad was fixed and ready to go. Thanks for beating my expectations and definitely will use Big Dogs Computer repair for all my future repair needs. Thanks again!!!
i did not have the best experience with their repair. I took an iPad mini in to have the broken glass replaced. A few hours later they called to tell my my iPad was ready. At pickup they went through a check list to verify everything was Ok. I paid $130.01 and left. I got home and nothing worked as it should and screens and apps started opening and closing on their own. I took it back and they told me that because the case had been dropped on the corner the new screen wouldn't seat properly resulting in it not working proper... read more
I've been using Big Dogs for several years now. Super customer service and they've always fixed whatever was wrong. They are my go-to shop for computer repair.
My experience with this company has not been great. I took my laptop over for a fan cleaning because I was nervous about taking my own laptop apart. I'd tried previously doing it myself, but unsuccessfully.. so I figured why not just take it to get cleaned and serviced. I have had my laptop for fours years. It runs really well, and I try my best to take good care of it. Now, upon having my laptop returned to me, I did notice that some screws were missing on the bottom.
