Absolute Garbage! From the terrible instructions to horrid customer service. "Operations manager" is a real smart mouth. Blames their poor design on the customer. Menards is gonna have $700 worth of tree stands in their parking lot labeled garbage. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service...Never again!
