Big dog did a great job on fixing my air conditioner. They are knowledgeable and on time. I highly recommend the company.
This company is the worst! Last Wednesday we had an appointment with a 12:30-4:30 window. Zero communication and then finally i sent a message once the window passed. I then received a call saying they would be on their way shortly. They showed up after 6pm. Then i had communication with the owner on Friday who scheduled me an appointment to complete the work today between 9:30-1:30…. Again no call or anything.
