Complaint Regarding Unresolved Vehicle Issues and Poor Service I took my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer to Big Dog Garage to have my transmission and motor replaced, as I was advised by the shop that this was necessary. I paid $4,000 for these repairs, expecting that my vehicle would be properly fixed. Great shop!
This past Sunday my SUV would not start at church. I called Big Dog Garage and spoke with a pleasant lady by the name of Lynn. I explained to her what was going on with the SUV and told her I needed a starter. I asked her when could the fix it and do they tow to the shop she said if course. They had my SUV fixed in one day and had it waiting for me. They were not expensive and very punctual at fixing my car. Good People
I took my vehicle in on last week for a crankshaft position sensor. Receptionist was friendly and so were the mechanics. I recieved my vehicle back the next day. For a week my car has been running great. Affordable services. I appreciate you Big Dog.
