My name is Scott Avery owner and operator of Big Dog Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I started this company with the number one priority of holding great pride and excellent customer service since 2010. I offer carpet, tile and grout and upholstery cleaning services in Durango and Bayfield. I personally hold a 100% commitment and guarantee to all my customers. I completed my first IICRC course back in August of 2004, so you can feel confident in my ability to get the job done right the first time.

This is the second time I have used Environmental Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning both for cleaning tile. Scott does an amazing job. Really. My only regret is that I didn't take a before picture!! I called and left a message this morning and had the job done this afternoon! I am very pleased with how VERY CLEAN the tile is.
