He screwed us out of $125 for an ac charge and after my wife left the ac didn’t work the compressor never kicked on and he said there was nothing he will do about it cause it supposedly work when it was in the shop and then when she got home I could hear it leaking g all the Freon out that he just put in. Let me just start this by saying I have a 2002 Chevy Venture she is old and has seen a lot of milage! I just got my car back for the second time in the span of a week, third time I have used these guys and I love them! We first came to big dog in a panic getting ready to go on vacation at the beginning of June with no AC not only was our quote reasonable they got it in and done two days before they were supposed to leave on their own vacation! Great service! One of our vehicles is driven to college campus, parked, and sets for long amounts of time. Big Dog went thru multi point checks, and did a full analysis on vehicle. Provided a solid list of repairs, completed repairs. Staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
