Great Ice Cream The Big Dipper Ice Cream has been a part of Missoula for many years. It would not be summer if you did not go to The Big Dipper at least once. The have a wide selection of flavors and the ice cream is outstanding.
great ice cream from monroe,mich. to visit my granddaughter and she took us to the big dipper. had the yellow cake ice cream. just like licking the bowl,,only better.
Great Homemade Tasting Ice Cream! Be prepared for a long line if you want ice cream. I had the mexican chocolate which was so good! The scoops are really big and the waffle cones are jumbo sized. The menu is huge, so give yourself a little extra time to review it. There is not that much seating, so I advise having someone save seats while you wait in line. Worth the wait by far!
Discrimination. Rude and hostile staff.
The ice cream is fantastic but the employees were so unhelpful. So disappointed into nights service. Waited 45min in line to walk away with nothing. Such a disappointment 😢

We were disappointed with the service provided this evening. There was absolutely no organization and the left hand sure didn't know what the right was doing. Our order was not correct and we waited for 30 minutes to receive the final cone to our order, meanwhile, the rest of the ice cream was melted, as we purchased to take home for the mother in law. We certainly will not spend that kind of money for ice cream, when other places are much more organized and prompt with service.
I used to love this place, it was a must try and a place I took every out of town guest. But lately I've been so disappointed with the service and attitude of the employees. I get everyone is on edge... but that isn't any reason to be rude and hard to work with. Today's issues: 1. the girl at the window was wearing a mask, well sort of.....
