The owner Tony Reed and office manager Melissa Burton were excellent to deal with, prompt, excellent service and so nice. The installers Walter and Tommy were the best and most knowledgeable we have ever had lay a floor for us. They did a great job and we love our floors! We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for a job well done!
They were late..dirty appearance the owner wanted me to call him big daddy in my own home I felt very uncomfortable wish my husband was there. We have issues with our hardwood and carpet Seam, and old man I had to repeat my information to 3 times however he still incorrectly wrote my number. My husband refuse to call the company back for repairs. This has been the worst situation in building a home. I would advise if you are only spending a small amount DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... rip offs..criminals.. And bad communication.
