Just tried their dessert pizza for the first time, it's awesome!!
Love It – We had Big Daddy's BBQ chicken pizza, and also their raspberry dessert pizza. We loved them!
Wonder why they are still in business – The customer service at this place is terrible. We had placed an order and could barely understand anything that they were saying. When we asked them to repeat our order they kept saying 45 minutes good bye. When the food arrived the delivery driver was very nice but the order was completely wrong. When I had called back to try and resolve the issue I could barely understand the manager. The end result was us getting stuck with the wrong order and no resolution to our problem. West Valley City Big Daddys Suck – Well Big Daddys suck.. they use to have really good pizza and garlic bread sticks.. we got the garlic cheesy bread sticks and they yuk yuk yuk... really greasy no garlic and burnt.. and we asked if they would bring the replacement to us. they said only if you buy something other then that. I said wtf... i just spent $35 and you want me to spend more. they just lost a customer.. think 2s before you go there. and there pizza has gone down hill too
Save your $ go to Lil Ceasars – 3300 s 300 e Me and my husband ordered delivery it come very late and the food was not hot. I called to complain and the manager was very rude and refused to help me. I had my husband go in the store the second time to get pick up. They advertise ready to go but I waited 20 minutes and the food was old and i did not eat it. I said something and the person was rude again and said it was fresh. I am not going back again. These people are mean
Rip Off! – We ordered a pizza from the Kearns/West Jordan branch this past weekend, as it was the only place opened. I have ordered from them once before, and they were alright. Overpriced, but I wasn't complaining for the time they deliver to. The delivery charge, however, is crazy high, and after spending something like $6.00 in fees I didn't leave a tip. WORST Pizza & Wings EVER!!!!!! – Don't waste your $$ for this food, it's not worth it. Everything taste horrible. I can only say "YUCK"
GREASY! – Dominoes sad to say is a step up from these guys, unfortunately there systems were down and I had to call these guys instead since no one else was open at midnight. Took them 25mins which was the only pro. The Ingredients, specifically the cheese is sub par, plastic cheap tasting. By far the worse thing is the Grease. There was literally and inch of grease in the cardboard box with my Cinna sticks and you could taste all the grease that has been soaked up by the pizza.
Bad Service, Overpriced – They put me on hold for 15 min, then the guy was very rude on the phone, rushed me, then it took an hour and half to get my pizza, the driver was rude, and the pizza was cold....Thanks big daddy, never ordering from you again.
