Great place! Awesome food and wonderful live music.
I think it really stinks that you fire a good employee who worked very hard for you just because he is trying to better himself by applying for work in his main trade as a welder! He has a son to support and $10 an hr. Wasn't enough! He would work days as a welder and nights for you. He was only working nights for you anyway! You just lost some long time customers!

Just saw this, we didn't fire Matt, he quit. He got mad one night and did not come back for his next shift. He didn't call, he didn't tell anyone that he would not be coming back. In fact, I had no idea that he was applying to be a welder, which wouldn't have mattered, and would have gladly worked around his schedule as I do with many other employees who have two jobs.
