I apologize that you feel you were treated rudely! I just got off the phone to the hostess who informed me that she thought you had a party of seven coming at 12:30 at which time you wouldn’t have needed a reservation. However if she would have known the number was actually nine she would have taken your reservation and held the big table. Instead she said your party showed up with nine at 2:30 at which time we were busy although still could have accommodated your seven. Dinner was Awful!!! They couldn't make my meat well done the way I wanted it!!!! The service was the worst!!!! I would never go back here again!!!! I've never been so insulted by a server!!!!

Drove to Cloudcroft NM from El Paso stopped to grab lunch and the food was great, service was great even though it was Christmas Eve, got served fast, we ordered a burger and chicken sandwich, all again was great. Would go back again.

We got here at least 4 times a month. We LOVE everything about the place! The food is amazing and the work staff is always so nice. Never had a problem there! Can’t wait to go again soon �
