HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE FOR COUPLE WEEKS TO GET MY TAG AND NO RESPONCE ???? SHOULD BE OPEN SO THEY SAY BUT STILL NO REPLY
They are scam artists and cowards. Mark is a bully. I called more than 10 times and no one will call back.

This company is a rip off. I only got two repos and they saying the bank want let me get the car back. Since day one I been putting the car in and out the shop. I put over 3,000 in the car and they don’t care or want to help. They sell they cars already messed up. I put 2500.00 dollars down. It’s not fair we being conned out of our hard earned money. I'll just write review after review all over about disgusting these people are. Liars. Try to even bring up insurance in on it when that's a bold face lie. Then threats threw emails which are saved and threats about stepping foot on property which is illegal. So these people anybody that wants to buy from them be prepared. The people you deal with after that you make payments to are monsters that need to be ones to get Covid and be gone off this earth. Sickening ones that like to make others life miserable. I would not recommend getting A car from this lot, the customer service is aight, but as far as the cars that are being sold on the lot they all seem to have internal issues from what I see. Once the car is purchased you're not able to get any help unless you have full warranty. The car that i purchased seemed to be fine the first week in a half after driving it off the lot. only to find out that there was no transmission fluid inside of the car also the battery had low energy. Both me and My Father purchased our cars from this lot, but I should have known that it wasn't a great idea once my dad's engine caught on fire a couple of months after he had the car. Unfortunately my car only took two weeks to start breaking down and now I'm stuck without transportation to work and back. Recommendedmy fiance and I were looking for a car yesterday. we were suppose to be going to another dealership but we ended up here. after waiting I recieved an offer call so we left. I recieved a call from ALD so we went back just to weigh our options. well I am very satisfied with our car. I have family and friends who are going to be seeing them too
