We traded in our old RV to purchase new Travel Trailer and the trouble began. Big Daddy RVs does not return calls; the business has an answering service that does not work. You can leave messages, but they are never returned. It doesn't matter if it is a message for Service, Parts or the General Manager. No one returns calls unless you try Sales.
