Small business success! The food is amazing, atmosphere is great and the staff is out of this world. My hubs swears the cold slaw, that is the owner mom’s recipe, is the best he has ever tasted. This is really really good barbecue. And the price is hard to beat. 11 bucks for the "2 and 2" which is a 2 meat 2 side plate. Yeah 11 bucks. And the portions were large. Pork filled one side of the container, the other side had several slices of really good brisket Smoke flavor was significant, but not overpowering. The bark has crisp but not jerky tough. Great food and even more important management is quick to resolve any issues when there is a problem. Staff is always pleasant. I hope that this restaurant is able to survive this pandemic.
