I hired Dustin to replace my Hayward Omnilogic board.It took him 2 days to eventually show up to do the job after several excuses. When he finally shows up he smelled of being drunk. I should have stopped him then and not even have him do anything! He started to replace the board and took no pictures of how the wires were connected. Dustin and Big D pools built my pool and "finished" in September 2023. They were supposed to put the alarms in my home to have my pool inspected in July 2024 one year after the pool was done at the same time fix the auto fill that never worked. It is November 2025 and there are still no alarms and my pool hasn't been inspected... plus auto fill isn't working and my pool is constantly draining water. Dustin has every excuse in the book to not perform work in a timely and suitable manner. He rarely picks up the phone and will text he will call you back (never does). You constantly have to contact him and then pray one of his workers shows up. After shotcrete applied, it took 7 months to complete my pool! His workers just disappeared! Additionally, I have had warranty issues since my pool was constructed by him, well over a year now, without any resolution (light doesn't work, filter nosel broken, etc.) . Dustin was sick, he got back to me and made everything right. Had used in the past with great service. Dustin is back and so is the service.
Took deposit 6 months ago to get us on the schedule. He will not call us back and has not refunded the deposit.
