Dustin was sick, he got back to me and made everything right. Had used in the past with great service. Dustin is back and so is the service.
Took deposit 6 months ago to get us on the schedule. He will not call us back and has not refunded the deposit.
Finally, a pool contractor that actually knows what they are talking about...thank you for being honest and direct about recommendations, materials, and what can and cannot be accomplished. The soil we have here ensures constant challenges with swimming pools, and a company that knows how to cope with that in the best way possible is invaluable. Thank you for being willing to do the small repairs as well, not just focusing on the big ticket renovations and then running away like most pool contractors in the area.
They replastered my pool and used too much calcium in the plaster to where it cracked every where they refuse to honor their warranty. Bunch of scam artist
