Nicole is the absolute best. The minute she took over the entire atmosphere and layout of the store got exponentially better. It was decent before, but it’s so much better now and I feel like everything is smoother and faster. She’s able to chat and answer questions while simultaneously looking things up or Cashing somebody out. They are very respectful to someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. Have a shower that I am DIY’ing and they answered a lot of my questions and the price was fair.
These guys are great really helpful to the DIY’er! I will be coming back for sure!
Customer service here in person is OK. However, every single time I call I have issues with customer service. I just got left on hold for 39 minutes and then they all clocked off and left me on hold after they closed.
