Walked in no greeting, asked for help finding a certain style flooring. The guy at the counter barely looked up and said we dont have nothing like that. It will have to be custom. I said ok how long, 3 weeks, ok can I see some samples? You dont have a sample book? No? I need to speak to Frank the salesman to see samples ok, where's he at? Gone already. Come back tomorrow. Thats what I get for showing up 15 min till closing I guess.

I went to look for tile tools and the short skinny guy was not helpful at all. He has a very bad attitude and made me feel like if he was trying to start a fight or something. When I asked for a price he asked for my phone number also. If he cant tell me the regular price... what are you working there for? I had to walk out and go to Home Depot. Not sure how your business works but losing customers doesn't help much
