Application process is slow and they take forever to reply
Treats employees awful. My husband was the hardest worker on the crew and it pissed off the team lead so they “laid him off” due to “slowing down on work”. However one of the crew mates let us know they hired another employee the next day. Let’s be honest. If you didn’t want my husband to work there tell him why. So big t is one of my favorite general contractors to work with. They've done a whole bunch of really high-profile work like the airport. They're currently working on a project next door to their office called The Nest. I think it's a very well run project. I went to a site visit there the other day and they had a very organized post-tension slab that looked well done.
This place has the best employees and the best work environment and family atmosphere I have ever experienced.
