This past friday our car broke down on our way back home. We were refered to Big D after we bought the part for our car. The owner of Big D had one of the workers come out and make sure we were safe and dry because the weather became awful. In no time our car was fixed and we were back on the road. We are very thankful that we were sent their direction and treated like family! Thank you!
Very professional, great customer service. They try their best to help in a desperate sitution. I made it to wok today and if i had taken the car else where i am sure it would have been an all day ordeal. Very impressed. Love these guys already, it's only my 3rd visit...thanks guys! Great local business that needs our support. This is not a Cookie cutter business like Wal-Mart, Firestone and so on. Muhammad is a knowledgeable Technician business owner that has an honest personal approach and treatment of its customers in a type of business that lends itself to abuse by boxed (cookie cutter) type businesses. Rockwall needs to support to its local businesses and this is one of the good ones...
They are always reasonable and honest. I have been going there for the last 4 years and not 1 complaint!
We got an oil change a couple of days ago and the guys were super nice and fast. We will definitely keep coming back. Very reasonably priced as well.
I won't take my car (personal or business) anywhere else! Mo and his crew are the best. I trust them to do a good job, do it fast and at a great price. As a female who knows nothing about cars it's great to have someone you can trust to keep my car running safely. They've got a life long customer in me!
