Worst experience ever. We checked out of the lodge and when we were half way home my husband realized that he had left his wedding ring on the sink in the bathroom. We promptly called and the ring was located. The housekeeping manager said she would put the ring in the mail that day and we should receive it soon. 3 weeks later after multiple calls and voice messages left, still no ring. I called and spoke to representative *** about booking a reservation with Grizzlies tickets. She quoted a price WITH tickets and I booked the reservation. When I received my confirmation, it had no information about the grizzlies game. When I questioned the representative about this she stated that I would receive information when I checked in.
