December of 2016 we had some trees removed. One of the trees fell on one of our smaller trees, crushing it. Mr. ******** assured us before they felled the tree that if that should happen they would replace it at no charge, no problem. Well it's 2018 now and he refuses to replace the tree, after multiple phone calls. He always assures us that he will drop one off each time we call, but never does. Wouldn't recommend him. Does not follow through as promised.

These guys came to tear down a tree in front of our house. When they came my wife was home with our 4 month old daughter while i was at work. The manager (who wouldn't give me his name of course) told my wife to move our car down the block. When she politely asked him if he could wait 10-15 minutes to pack up our new born daughter to leave he said no.
