I want to get the word out there . I just want to let people know never take your animals to big creek vets in chardon . We had to put our lil dog down cause they didn’t know what they were doing . So for our animal had to suffer for two weeks cause they were misdiagnosed us in the wrong direction. How did we know this , because we went got a second opinion. This vet office used to be wonderful. Now it's been sold to a corporation and all the awesome vets that were there have left because they don't like the new rules. Refuse an animal prescriptions that keep them from getting deathly I'll because they don't have you're money from the yearly visits. Nevermind the fact that you have appointments made. I've had problems with getting my dog's medication and prescription food so many times in the past year. They've had me in tears multiple times. I would NOT recommend. Find a place ... read more

I have been using Big Creek for years and I am actually sad to write this review. I have an 8 month old Cockapoo that is currently treated by another vet as well because we live in 2 states. I brought Coco in at 6 months to get spayed and was recommended to get blood work done but not required. I opted for the blood work and luckily I got it because her liver enzymes were elevated.
