We have bought 3 RVs from Big Country and had increasingly horrible customer service! Apparently they don't want people to continue to return with repeated business. They made accusations that were very far from the truth. We even got a second and third opion and both told us Big Country lies! They will never get our business again! Even reached out and apparently they don't want to resolve the issue and own up to anything! Do NOT trust them ever again! We have made sure everyone we know about our experiences! Very sad!
