Big Country RV in Central Oregon is a family-owned business. And I really hate to complain about small town family-owned businesses. The current owner took ownership when his father passed in 2021. Since then, their customer service, in ALL areas is so bad there isn't even a category for it. I had heard people say they are not very good. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Big Country RV in Redmond! I want to thank the entire staff, especially Frank, the sales guy, and Anthony, who took care of my RV water system. The service was top-notch, the communication was excellent, and I felt truly taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for RV service or sales!

While things take time and good communication is key, I think big country does the best job around. I’ve had multiple experiences with the parts department and a recent big repair. Overall I’m happy with the work and communication, even though it did take longer than expected. Their parts department is also top notch and responsive. Thank you BCRV!
We took my mom's RV in for a water leak repair. She lives in the RV and she was told it would be about 3-5 days to repair and that it would be a priority since it was her residence. It was 4 weeks before it was repaired. The excuse was that it was an older RV and they typically didn't work on them, but yet they took on the repair. Every phone call we were given the run around as to why they hadn't begun repairs. The repair was finally completed and the person we spoke to said it was a fresh water leak in the refrigerator.
