I recently purchased a used 2017 Palomino 10ltd from this dealership. My family and I are pleased with the camper itself, and the staff members were kind to us at the moment of shopping. Employees at the garage were helpful at the moment of pickup and helped me adjust my hitch receiver. Thumbs up to them! However, my experience with the parts service has been very disappointing. I'm new to camper trailers so I decided to try it out and rent one from Big Country RV. The staff I to spoke to were all polite and professional. James was fantastic to work with for rental inquiries. When it came time to pick it up, James took the time to show me every feature the camper had. It also came with everything I needed for our trip includingafull propane tank, battery charged and a pre-chilled fridge! The camper was also extra clean inside and out. Pire place j’ai jamais été pour louer une roulotte Le frigidaires ne marchais pas aucunement ma nourriture a tout pourris Les plogue ne marchaient pas plus Lumiere non plus Douche non plus Lavabo n’arrêtais pas de couler Rien ne fonctionnais dans la roulotte J’essaie de leur expliquer les problèmes et ils me disent qu’il vont me charger des frais et ils s’en foutent totalement des probleme que j’ai vecu avec la roulotte Très bête comme service Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette place
