I had a great experience with big country rv my salesperson Wayne was very helpful with my purchases of my motor home very nice person to talk to and let's you now about everything and tony my finances person was very very kind he help me through everything no problem and Shawn the sales manager welcome me in open arm asking me if he could do anything for me like a coffee or water they are very nice people that work there I will recommend anyone to go there for very good service thank you to everyone that took care of me
When I first contacted BCRV via the website, I dealt with Emily. She assured me that they had exactly what I needed and that I would love the Class C Thor Chateau 19X. She was so right!
