I purchased a used 2021 Surveyor Legend 19BHLE from Big Country RV at the end of May 2025. I fully understood and accepted that the unit was sold AS-IS, meaning there would be no post-sale warranty or dealership coverage. Although big country RV is open on the weekends, they refuse to take returns except for mon to friday. Im from out of town and need the return within 21 days. This isn't right for a business. Especially one who caters to campers whom require service on weekends. I give a poor review for lack of service on weekends.
