Sales were very attentive to our needs and sold us a trailer that suited our needs. They didn't try to up sell or sell us something that wouldn't work for us. They were as flexible with the price and add ons we wanted. Service has been great. We had a few very minor issues after pickup. They were met to our satisfaction quickly and no hassles. Paid extra to have make sure we wouldn’t have leaks and they haven’t fixed it yet… brought it back and they tried again ….. still leaks have called a couple times and they haven’t returned calls… quick to sell you something and charge you for things that were supposed to be included not on top of price. Not very good at responding to service repairs that were supposed to be done … been 3 weeks waiting for a call back and have called every week. We rented 2026 Class C Thor Chateau 19X for month of July 2026 to go out West over 10,000km. Excellent service from the beginning to end of the contract. Very professional and friendly personnel.
