Recently purchased a new Class C motorhome from Big Country. We had visited four dealers before deciding to buy. Not only did they give us a great price, but all the staff we dealt with were incredible. All of them went out of their way to please us and answer all our questions in an honest and friendly manner. Thank you very much.
Horrible after sales service. Never got a straight answer out of them on how to fix a leak. They still owe us money that we paid to get work done that they promised to fix but were unable to resolve.
Mikayla was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. When we met at the RV show in Ottawa, I wasn’t quite ready to buy (our toy hauler needed to be appraised), and I needed to find the right unit. We just purchased a new 2026 Grand Design Imagine XLS. Our sales representative, Michael, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional throughout the process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made our buying experience smooth with no pressure. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership. My husband and I have been looking for a new camper for a while and we were able to find the perfect couples camper.
Horrible dealership to deal with!! We drove 6 hrs to look at a motorhome and liked the unit. Our sale rep Shawn Murphy asked us if we would finance it so he could get his kick back. We didn't want to fiance so Shawn said he would talk to his manager and get back to me! We drove 6 hrs home and waited for his call, but nothing for 5 days, i called him after the 5th day and he would not take my call.
