Recently purchased a used trailer from BCRV. We had Michael as our sales person. He was great. He literally went above and beyond for us. Shawn was also great to deal with. We did have a minor hiccup with the trailer that was resolved by Big Country without question. Great service.
Dealt with Jessica, she was great sales person. Tony and financing was terrific also. They are all friendly staff.
Didn't end up buying a trailer here, however Emily went above and beyond to help give me information, videos etc on a used trailer I was interested in.
I just purchased my amazing park model trailer from Big Country RV. Emily was so knowledgeable and helpful with my experience with them. She went above and beyond with the customer service she gave me. Thank you so much, I am so excited for next camping season.
Shayne and team were great to work with. Would absolutely deal with him again. If you need a trailer Shayne is your guy!
