Horrible dealership to deal with!! We drove 6 hrs to look at a motorhome and liked the unit. Our sale rep Shawn Murphy asked us if we would finance it so he could get his kick back. We didn't want to fiance so Shawn said he would talk to his manager and get back to me! We drove 6 hrs home and waited for his call, but nothing for 5 days, i called him after the 5th day and he would not take my call. Big Country RV deserves five stars for their outstanding service. The sales representative was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to answer all our questions and made the buying experience smooth. At pick up, we discovered that the electrical plug we installed was not the correct type, the dealership handled the situation exceptionally well. We recently purchased a Forest River RV from Big County RV. We dealt with Emily, sales associate, and Shawn Murphy sales manager, who were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in explaining and showing us different products. Shawn was pleasant and easy to talk to and we feel gave us the best deal he could offer. We highly recommend Big County RV.
I had an amazing experience with Big Country RV! They are wonderful community supporters. I recently won a week-end prize of a 6-person trailer that this company donated for a charity auction and was treated expertly. They coordinated the set-up and drop off of the trailer at the location of my choice and prepared for my stay. The staff were friendly and were available for any questions I had.
