I decided to go to this place after having problems with my prescription the past year. Had to pay a 45 dollar copay just for him to say there was nothing medically wrong with my eye sight except bad astigmatism, even tho I have CKD and HTN so I was relieved with that. I was super impressed with this facility. Every person I came in contact with was welcoming and helpful. The doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and talented.
I'll never come back here again, Im speaking for my mother now. This place is not for African American people. Its sad my mom came actually early and they treated her poorly she will not be back its sad its 2025 and people are still racist its sad.
My husband Robert has had both eyes done for cataracts by Dr Brett Teague. He is great and so is all his staff. Dr Thaxton for post op visit is wonderful also. Ready to have mine done soon.
