I see this is an issue on here already. First Lady who picks up is kind and then places me on hold, Second Lady who picks up is just rude and must hate her job. She already has full Karen mode activated. Hopefully the doctors are kind..

Called to inquire about a new patient appointment for my daughter. The first girl I spoke with asked me how old she was and said they could see her, but she had to put me on hold and said she's be right back. Spent some time on hold when another very RUDE lady got on the phone. Before asking my daughter's age, she state's "we don't see children here" in the rudest tone. I told her the other lady said they could see my 10 yr old, but I was so put off by this lady's attitude that I told her we would find somewhere else to go. ... read more

I decided to go to this place after having problems with my prescription the past year. Had to pay a 45 dollar copay just for him to say there was nothing medically wrong with my eye sight except bad astigmatism, even tho I have CKD and HTN so I was relieved with that. I was like why do my eye lids swell and I just want to keep them closed a lot. Dr. Smiley was like well I can give you a prescription for dry eyes. I was like yes, years ago I was on a dry eye med.
