terrible experience ! it has been a nightmare! the dispatch man told me the driver would be in Palm Desert to pick up my car on Thursday night 6-7 we waited and I paid a man to wait 200 dollars to give the driver the keys to transport my car to Long Island. we get a call after 7 telling us he would be there from 9-10 then I pay another man 75 dollars to just show up to take keys and come back 9-10 but we get a call from the dispatch that the driver was stuck in traffic in LA and is hungry and needs to eat dinner. driver call... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. We purchased a New Tahoe that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. It never got delivered. Then it was suppose to be delivered on Sunday and never got delivered. We were told we would get a phone call 24 hours prior to the delivery and obviously never received that call. I had to reach out to the company, ask for the drivers contact information, and do all the leg work. The driver told me it would be delivered my Tuesday morning.
