I have been a patient about 9 years. I recently had a situation where I needed immediate care due to suffering extreme tooth pain. They made an opening so they could look at my tooth. I rated unfavorable in post appointment survey because they could not see me to remedy the pain for a month. Day after I rated them I received a call they had a cancellation I could see me in an hour. The last 3 appointments I have waited 30 minutes to an hour.
