Big Country Air is by far the best for any AC repair or replacement needs. Jason is very honest and genuine. I had a situation with my AC and stupidly called some of the big name companies. I had gotten the feeling, that all they cared about was all they could get from me, money wise. This was the complete opposite with Big Country Air! Jason has been extremely responsive and available to diagnose issues on multiple occasions. He’s replaced a complete unit for me and diagnosed a different one He’s very thorough and fair. I highly recommend him.
Big country air provided amazing service! His service call fee was very reasonable and after diagnosing it had to come back when the part arrived. The day it arrived he already had a full schedule but said he'd come when he was done. He finished his last job at 7:00 pm and came straight to us! He happily fixed it for us that late at night! We highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their ac. He will do the job right!
