I sent my daughter here to update her prescription and we have a $10 copay. She left having to pay $109 even after refusing the add on’s. They took advantage of her and I was very disappointed!
We love Big City Optical and have used their other locations in the past. But this one is closer to our house. They have modern equipment, and a consistently positive experience every time! Highly recommend.
First time here and had a great experience – Dr. Duda is fantastic and explained everything so well. Looking forward to returning. Thank you!
