Wonderful customer service! I needed a repair and they fixed it for me without charging me. PLUS they cleaned my glasses super thoroughly. Raine was a massive help.
Michelle was a great help in explaining the insurance differences in what I was expecting and what showed on their system. She encouraged me to call my insurance and conduct a 3 way call so all sides are on the same page. A very helpful experience here and I fell great that Michelle was honest about the price difference. Rain & Michelle were FANTASTIC! I had a screw come out of my glasses and they identified the problem and repaired it in minutes. They also cleaned my glasses for me and made sure the fit was correct. They are great employees for the business!
Horrible place my friend got ripped off manger is not helpful at all. I own a business too i know how things work. You cant return my friends money for a pair she paid 440 dollars for When its only been an hour. They must really need the money. Acting like the lab instantly started to work on her pair of glasses and nothing can be done.
