Extremely helpful and friendly. Was in and out for a glasses repair in less than five minutes. Would absolutely use them again.
They went out of their way to help when I forgot my glasses on a trip. Had it not been for them, I would have had to do a week long conference blind. Rain (hope I got the spelling right) was especially helpful. Great experience with them, would recommend

Avoid at all costs. Optometrist Tamulavichus provided four different sets of contacts over the course of a few months, all of which gave me headaches and never fit my eyes. I sat for two different full eye exams, and still my prescription was off dramatically. I was initially given two sets of demo lenses that didn't work, after which I was pressured to take a 52 week supply home. Everyone at BCO has been nothing but kind and helpful. I had problems with 2 pairs of trifocals and they took everything in stride when it came back despite my not having had my exam or bought my frames at that location. I got one on one attention and felt like everything was being made right. Rain was especially reassuring that everything would get worked out and no further issues would happen with my glasses, handled everything professionally and kindly.
