I had been putting off an eye exam for several years, so I went into my appointment pretty blind (no pun intended). Liz at the front desk, as well as Dr. Chido (likely misspelling her name; sorry!) were friendly, patient, and explained everything to me as we went along. I did end up needing a slight prescription and the doctor helped me feel informed about what that means as well as how to approach my eye care moving forward. Thank you!!

I had my first appointment at Big City Optical a few weeks ago for an eye exam and new glasses, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, my appointment started right on time, and everything felt seamless. Dr. Chido was fantastic.
