This is a few months overdue, but I came into town and completely forgot to bring more of my daily contacts! On a hope and a prayer, I walked into BCO asking if I could potentially snag a few of their free samples just to hold me over for my weekend trip. Wish I remembered his name, but the employee (maybe manager?) hooked me up and truly saved the day!! Great place, great customer service! Would recommend :)

Stopped in to get an eye exam and had a great experience. John walked me thru the initial exam and Dr. Ngo was great during the eye check! Rudy, Summer, and John were all fantastic during my intense 2hr try-on session! Had my new glasses same day and they were perfect. Thanks again to the whole team!!
Had a phenomenal experience at Lincoln Park Big City Optical. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff and promptly taken care of. Danie, Summer, Rudy, and John all went above and beyond in their customer experience. They were thoroughly involved and bring such great energy into this space. I came here just to check out the prices for frames and contacts and when the prices seemed higher than what I was used to, I said that I would need a moment to do some research and text a few people and see what other options I had. The person at the front desk kept pressuring me to purchase from them and interrupting me when I said I needed some time to think about it. Turns out that the contacts here would've cost me 5x what another location was charging.
