Amazing experience! Took us right away for an eye emergency. Knowledgeable and friendly.
My father hadn’t had an eye exam in YEARS, and I was nervous letting him go to his exam alone because he’s elderly, but not only did the staff take care of him but they called me with updates, made sure to explain everything not only to my father but to me as well, they even made sure to call me when he was done so I he wouldn’t be waiting to leave. Amazing experience, will definitely refer others!
While everyone in here was lovely and attentive - I have to agree with the other reviews here regarding the price and the confusion around the optional(?) retinal scan. I saw the reviews prior to coming and wanted to avoid having a particularly high out of pocket cost. I called ahead, asked for the price, and asked if I could opt out of the retinal scan and lower the price. They confirmed over the phone that was no problem.
