Great optometrist and genuinely friendly opticians. My complaint is pricing transparency. I have the VSP Vision Plus plan for reference. The exam was thorough and the doctor explained things well, though the wait was longer than I expected. The retinal scan was not mentioned until I was in the chair, and under VSP that is an extra $39. The bigger issue is lenses. My plan lists single vision as included with the $25 glasses copay, but my lenses came to $145 after insurance paid $228, on a simple R +1.00 and L +2.00 prescripti... read more
Dr. Le is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and seems to really care about his patients.
Everyone was friendly and I got what I needed. Things took a bit longer than expected. Not sure if their computers were down or if they just didn't know how to navigate them well. They're also trained very well on making sure you are aware of their amazing extended warranty. They even sneak it in in passing to say they added it to your purchase and you need to opt out.
