Awful experience from start to finish. The website showed multiple frames in stock at this location. When I arrived, I was told their online inventory isn’t accurate—and none of the four frames I came in for were available. That alone should have been my cue to leave, but I gave them another chance and scheduled an eye exam for a few days later at 2:00 PM. I had an eye emergency pop up randomly today and I tried going to three other eye doctor locations and none of the doctors were in. I called Big City Optical and they got me in right away. The staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming! Dr. Rasa Tamulavichus was amazing! She was very kind, very thorough in explaining everything going on, and was patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed or unheard at all. My experience was so incredible, I ended up booking my next eye exam there. Highly recommend!
The staff was kind and courteous. They basically held my hand for every step (I needed it) and didn’t seem annoyed with me when I took time to mull over options.
Came here for an eye exam and ended up choosing glasses. Dr. Schumacher was very thorough and friendly. Raine helped me with my glasses. Raine was also very patient, informative, and friendly.
I purchased frames and lenses at this location and really enjoyed my experience. Cassie was very helpful and immediately gave me some suggestions for frames. She made the process so much easier and I was in and out happily satisfied with the frames I bought. Ask for Cassie—she’s great!
