Scammy and rude, go somewhere else. They guaranteed us a $300 rebate on a $600 pack of contacts and in the end told us the manufacturer can’t give us the rebate and would not accept a return on the contacts. We tried to escalate the matter and Chantal (sp?) called us back offering us a $100 credit for future use (she suggested we buy eye drops with it), but no solution for the $300 rebate issue. They fixed my glasses super fast and for free! The girl was super kind I appreciate it greatly thanks for being a highlight of my extremely horrible week
They’re already 40 minutes behind schedule on a Wednesday at 11am… friendly staff but hard to want to reschedule when there’s nobody in the store besides me and somehow they’re already so behind
