Excellent customer service. I was visiting the area and the screw fell out of my glasses. I walked in and the staff graciously repaired my glasses at no charge even though I did not purchase my glasses from them. I highly recommend Big City Optical.
The staff here couldn't be more welcoming or knowledgeable. Honestly the best experience I've had at the eye doctor since I was a kid.
I needed an eye exam after surgery on one of my retinas. I found Big City’s staff to be very warm upon entry and very professional in addressing my needs. They were punctual and pleasant all the way to the doctor who gave me my final exam. I was in and out in less than half an hour. It was a very good experience, and I will be going back.
Awful experience from start to finish. The website showed multiple frames in stock at this location. When I arrived, I was told their online inventory isn’t accurate—and none of the four frames I came in for were available. That alone should have been my cue to leave, but I gave them another chance and scheduled an eye exam for a few days later at 2:00 PM. I had an eye emergency pop up randomly today and I tried going to three other eye doctor locations and none of the doctors were in. I called Big City Optical and they got me in right away. The staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming! Dr. Rasa Tamulavichus was amazing! She was very kind, very thorough in explaining everything going on, and was patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed or unheard at all. My experience was so incredible, I ended up booking my next eye exam there. Highly recommend!
