I had a great experience at this location. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a few years and not only were they helpful with information, they were kind, and made sure I felt comfortable. They were attentive, listened, and went above and beyond. The doctor was genuine, answered every question, made me feel at ease and was patient. I appreciated all three staff members and their help, I'd highly recommend and I'll be back.
Terrible communication and service. The two optometrists I saw disagreed with each other on my prescription and clearly never coordinated. I had to redo my entire refraction because the first one didn't even work when I tried it in contact lenses. Around the same time, an ophthalmology visit found floaters on imaging that this office completely missed, and I'm now being evaluated for a possible eye condition as a result. I had a great experience at the Bucktown Location! The manager and assistant manager are THE BEST! They helped me pick fun and fashionable frames, and were super professional and so helpful! Julia and Jerran are the sweetest!
Had a great experience here. Dr. Weeks responded to all my many questions and fears with patience and aplomb. I felt very taken care of and thanks to a bit of extra time and expertise, we ended up figuring out my prescription mystery. Thank you!
9/1, I was scheduled for a 3:20 PM appointment and arrived at 3:15. By 4:05 PM, I had still not been seen by the doctor and had to cancel my visit after waiting over 45 minutes. Although the attendants were very courteous and professional, the severe scheduling delay was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this practice as they did not value my time.
