I’ve gone to the Big City Optical- Wicker park location for years and have always had a great experience. I visited their store in the Shops at North Bridge a few weeks ago to try on glasses and went back on 1/2 to purchase the pair i decided on but the store was closed without any notice. The website said they didn’t close until 8pm and I got to the store around 4:20pm. I called and left a voicemail before I left the area but no one answered. Stopped in to fix and adjust two pair of Cistco sunglasses. George took care of me and refused to take any money. What more can I say except if you are in town amd need glasses George is the man to see.
I had a great experience with Aaron and George at this location. They both were very knowledgeable, quickly understood my preferences, asked good questions, gave useful input on what size and shape frame fit my face best, and put in exact measurements to the millimeter of my future frames. Top notch service at this location. Thanks again guys!
