Marguerite and the whole team were fabulous in outfitting our entire family with glasses. I’d been to two other opthamologists for progressive glasses, but the prescription was never right and „bubbled out“ when turning side to side, which made me nauseous. From the start, this prescription was leaps and bounds better, and I’ve been very happy either the glasses. Thanks BCO!

Great experience today at Big City Optical. Staff was friendly, professional and very respectful of a tight timeline I had to get my eyes checked. Staff was not pushy in any way, and felt that the exam was very thoroughly done. Very impressed! Nice frame selection as well! They’ll be my new go to spot! Thank you Marguerite and Dr Au!
