Brought my broken frame (screw missing) to fix and they replaced the screw with no charge
Charlie was amazing, I stopped in needing a repair on my glasses and he took care of it right away! I didn't even have to book an appointment, which I was appreciative of because he took time out of his busy day to help me out. Overall, the staff here are always friendly and welcoming every time!
Alyse on the floor was amazing! She took the time to help me tighten my glasses and made sure they fit perfectly and comfortably. She was friendly, patient, and really paid attention to the details. It’s the kind of customer service that makes a difference quick, helpful, and genuinely kind. Really appreciate the help!
