My favorite glasses lost a screw and I was desperate yo have it fixed. I went around the city on this rainy day, went to 3 opticals near my apartment and finally stumbled to the Big City Optical on Ontario Street. Marguerite and Elise were so nice. Marguerite took time to look for the right screw and was able to fix my glasses for me. It might be such a small thing for others but it was important for me. I appreciate you, Marguerite and Elise! I will be back when it’s time for my annual check up! Thank you!
