I rarely leave reviews but if I could leave Alex 10 stars I would. From the moment I walked in I received top notch customer service. He adjusted my sunglasses for free and was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I've never had a more positive experience at an optical store. Shawn the owner was gracious, open, flexible and showed superior customer service He rectified orders - even when the mistake was mine - and provided ethical sound advice on purchases. Can't recommend highly enough !
Staff are consistently kind, helpful, and patient. Doctor visits can be stressful, but I trust these guys 100%.
