Amazing experience! Staff was professional and beyond courteous in explaining best options to maximize insurance benefits. Jay was friendly, efficient and helpful, Dr. C took the time to explain retinal screening and was beyond kind through the entire exam and Julia was the best! I really cannot say enough great things about the Big City Optical team on Southport! Such warm and friendly staff, a very clean store, great frames selection at multiple price points, amazing communication about costs and insurance coverage so an informed decision can be made! It has been great for our entire family (adults and kids too)!

I didn't even purchase my frames here but the opticians there were beyond nice and ready to give me free advice on some pain I've been experiencing due to my glasses bridge and offering some easy solutions I could explore. I left optimistic about my optical outlook and will definitely go back in the future with any questions or concerns I have.
