I really cannot say enough great things about the Big City Optical team on Southport! Such warm and friendly staff, a very clean store, great frames selection at multiple price points, amazing communication about costs and insurance coverage so an informed decision can be made! It has been great for our entire family (adults and kids too)!

I didn't even purchase my frames here but the opticians there were beyond nice and ready to give me free advice on some pain I've been experiencing due to my glasses bridge and offering some easy solutions I could explore. I left optimistic about my optical outlook and will definitely go back in the future with any questions or concerns I have. Nice people but lacks frame selections. Very ordinary and expected. So many other options of frames in the marketplace. They used to have fun frames.
