The front of house staff was nice. The only one who introduced themself to me was Donte, he was helpful. The lady who helped me was polite and engaging. The optometrist never introduced himself and he was a bit agitated with the lady who was doing the initial imaging, (for no reason… I was the only patient and the technology was not cooperating with her).
