Do not take your kids here ! Brought my kids for eye exams waited over 35-40 minutes after my appointment time for a very rude doctor who never even acknowledged us sitting there for that long over appointment time …. I get things happen and run late but she never said a word . She was very snippy and had no patience for children , my kids were well behaved and she kept deligating them as if we were in an army to sit here don’t talk and had very loud voice . I got these glasses just a week ago. I’ve been really careful with them and never dropped them, but the lenses already have scratches and even a crack. Lenses shouldn’t get damaged this easily, maybe something small touched them, but still… really bad quality. Pretty disappointed

Front end of the office is very polite and professional. Had Dr. Schrenzel as my eye doctor for this visit. Since he is older, he is very knowledgeable, he walked me through every step of the exams and the charts and what to look out for. This was big for me as I am post laser eye surgery and was worried about my eye health. I never had an eye doctor be engaging and so knowledgeable like this and you wont find this type of experience at a Costco or younger docs like I previously used. I had an exam with Dr Schrenzel who was very professional and thoroughly explained all the tests and results. Both he and Donta at the front desk were very efficient and friendly. I recommend them!
